If you go to ask for information you go inside and wait. They give you a phone number to schedule your appointment or website. Took me 8 days to schedule. They are never available and they don't know when they are available. Appointment date they have you wait outside on benches. This is ridiculous. But if you ask for information you wait inside.

What a terrible place that needs to be under review. The doorman wants to know personal information in front of everyone with no privacy. They employees inside don't even wear masks properly, their nasty nostrils are all exposed. One sneeze and there go all the germs spreading to everyone by an employee who doesn't know how to wear a mask. They have terrible service. Making an appointment is a huge struggle. When asking what forms are needed for your appointment their responses are how do you not know you need X forms, where is the professionalism behind that? They also require you to do card only payments, which is fine, whats not fine is that they forget to tell that to people over the phone, I've seen many people gotten their appointments canceled because they didn't have a card on them to pay and when the people say I wasn't told that their response was "too bad." A major rework and training for the employees wouldn't hurt them. Professionalism, respect, and privacy are nonexistent. Also all the positive reviews made on this place, you can tell are fake. None of the employees are nice. The doorman truly needs to fix his character and improve his customer service. I just witnessed how they forced an old lady, who could barely walk, to go inside on her own for her appointment, she brought a family member to aid her but they didn't let her aid in. She was holding on to her aid the whole walk over to the building since there is no parking lot, people have to park blocks away. Her aid is forced to wait outside leaving her on her own inside. Meanwhile able couples and full families are walking out the building.
